Before my Birthday Sound Journeying ceremony with Deborah, I got a spasm in my left shoulder, I went on my own healing journey and discovered that the "bad wind" as they said in the old times, had run through my spine in a Y formation from my left sacrum side to my right neck and up to the head and then to the left shoulder, where it found a weak point. It's the place where I've been working with a bursitis that wants to settle there and that was strengthened with an injury from an accident. I keep it in mobility with my qigong and other practices. However that day, the air conditioner had hit me at that place just a si was hunched over the computer and Wam ! The spasm formed.

Just when I wanted to celebrate my health right? Well, shadows are our scouts to the places that need healing and have medicine. So I shared the situation and Deborah added a healing journey before my journey of activating my birthday declaration for my intention.  The healing journey was so potent that the bursitis pattern is now gone! No pain! Not only that, but in today's exercises, my left shoulder had a wider range of mobility than I've had for a decade or more!

The Birthday declaration sounding was also amazing. I slept soundly, woke up with serenity and today I feel such strength, vibrancy and well-being!

The discoveries made during this session are key to my healing and growth and I felt that my intention got wings through your sound and has become a vital reality my being.
