Join me for the last workshop in this experiential series of evenings where we have been covering 7 keys of living reciprocity that are based on the book I have been writing over the last 5 years called:
7 Keys of Living Reciprocity: A Path of Initiation, remembrance & belonging.
In this workshop you will:
- Experience the 7 keys of living reciprocity to understand how they work together.
- Explore your relationship to commitment and what blocks it.
- Deepen your commitment to healing the earth, yourself and community through a commitment ceremony.
- Open your heart and mind and expand your capacity to flow in compassionate and reciprocal giving and receiving in all relationships (especially and including yourself).
In this time of initiation and massive breakdown, we are at a choice point in how we are to live. We are being asked to commit to an ethical life through living reciprocity that includes how we relate to ourselves, our planet and all of our relatives, human and non-human.

About Deborah:
Deborah Brodey has been a Transformation Guide/ vocal sound healer, Yoga teacher, and ceremonial artist for over 24 years and has a passion for co-creating nourishing healing Transformative spaces for Changemakers to return home to Self, Community and the Earth through the practice of living reciprocity. Through her work, she holds space for her clients to uncover the truth of who they are, assisting them to radically self nourish, step into their power, unleash their authentic voice and come into “Right Relationship” and alignment. Deborah has spent years travelling the world and learning ceremonial ways from Indigenous Elders, healers and Yoga teachers to uncover her Self, find her voice and step into her power. Deborah is the Creator of the Radical Self Nourishment Program for changemakers as well as Embody Your Voice Programs. Deborah is currently writing her book on The 7 Keys of Living Reciprocity and is currently creating new programming based on her book. Deborah released her debut Sound Healing album, Portals of Sound in 2014.

How do we live in Reciprocity and right relationship with the Earth, ourselves, and community (human and non human), in a time when much of our world is living in so much separation? This is the time to turn within and to heal those patterns and ways we separate ourselves from Nature in order to become the answer and medicine for the healing and evolution of our Earth and world.
This workshop series is for you if you are:
- Feeling disheartened and overwhelmed by the state of our planet and our world.
- Unhappy with your relationships with Self and others, causing you to experience a sense of separation and having you feel isolated and alone.
- Experiencing higher levels of stress, worry that is impacting your health. (physical/mental/emotional).
- Struggling with feelings of not belonging.
- Blocked self expression and issues around voice due to a fear of your own power creating self doubt, lack of confidence, trust, boundary issues and self sabotage, which may have you hide from responsibility and disconnect you from the power of change you can create in the world.
Over 7 evenings, one per month, we will explore each key of living reciprocity. Each workshop will have a ceremonial format, presenting the key along with practice, a sound journey, story telling and a sharing circle.

- A deepening of your capacity to receive and live in the flow of reciprocity and abundance by strengthening your trust in the Universe, creating more magic, joy and playfulness.

We are Nature
- Come and be held in a deep, safe sacred space to align with the Earth, the elements and Nature by exploring the elements within our own bodies.
Key 2: February 24 Honouring the Ancestors
- Co-create an Ancestor Altar and go on a Sound Journey to connect with a healthy ancestor to support you in strengthening your connection with the ancestors.
Key 3: March 23
LIstening Deeply
- Learn how to attune and listen with your body, your heart and soul and journey with sound to listen deeply to the messages of Mother Earth..

Presence
- Learn ancient practices to cultivate presence through mindful movement, breath, meditation and sound.

Offering as our Sacred Responsibility
- Learn Ceremonial Practices to feed and nourish Mother Earth, ourselves and one another.

- Explore what blocks your capacity to receive and become a powerful receiver.
